What space do I need?
We recommend an area which is outside with a flat, solid floor that has a minimum of space 7 feet x 9 feet

What power source do I need?
All that is required is a standard 13 amp socket connection that is no more than 25 feet away.

What plumbing do I need?
All you need is a cold water tap, leave the rest up to us.

How is water quality checked?
A full set of written instructions and chemical kit is issued with all rentals  

How warm does the water get?
The tub will get up to 36 to 38 degrees which is maintained constantly by being connected directly to an electrical supply. An energy efficient heat exchanger will regulate the temperature.

How much will it cost to run?
Dependant on the outside temperature’s and the proper use of an external cover this can be as little as 25p a day.

How long does it take to set up?
Upon delivery it will take approximately 30 minutes to set up. Once full of water it is recommended that the water is heated for up to 16 – 24 hours before use.
